Today, Sami Al-Husseini, the Governor of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority "Monsha'at", met with Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Ruzaiza, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Asharqia Chamber, and its members. The purpose of the meeting was to discuss ways of cooperation and partnership to serve the small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and entrepreneurship sector in the region, as well as work on their development and expansion.The meeting, held at the Chamber's headquarters, addressed the joint efforts between the Chamber and Monsha'at to support the entrepreneurship sector and startups, within the framework of enhancing the growth of the entrepreneurship ecosystem in the region. It also focused on supporting and empowering entrepreneurs and SME owners, given the importance of cooperation and partnership between all entities to increase the sector's contribution to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP), in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Additionally, the Governor of Monsha'at held a meeting with entrepreneurs and SME owners in the Eastern Province to identify the challenges they face, facilitate business growth, and discuss promising opportunities and initiatives supporting entrepreneurial projects. Monsha'at offers various services and initiatives for entrepreneurs and SME owners in the Eastern Province through its SMEs Support Center, Startup Hub, and Innovation Center in Al-Khobar, which offer a range of advisory, guidance, and training programs to support entrepreneurs in expanding and growing their projects. Monsha'at also provides the opportunity to benefit from the Business Support Program, which guides beneficiaries to the appropriate services and programs for their projects. The SMEs Support Center, the Startup Hub, and Innovation Center offer shared workspaces, offices, and logistical services for entrepreneurs and SME owners, with the aim of enabling them to adopt technology and innovation, contribute to the creation of thriving startups, and increase the efficien.
