The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority "Monsha'at" honored the winners of the "Real Estate Financing Solutions Challenge", in collaboration with Saudi "Fintech", with the aim of motivating real estate innovation and promising opportunities in the sector, coinciding with the events of the LEAP 2024 conference in Riyadh. The challenge contributes to motivating innovation in the real estate sector and introducing promising opportunities to contribute to its development and improve the quality of life and the economy in the Kingdom by solving the challenges faced by beneficiaries when searching for real estate financing solutions for residential or commercial purposes, as well as financing solutions for various real estate investments and projects. More than 200 specialized enterprises and platforms participated in the challenge, going through several evaluation stages, culminating in honoring the top three winning companies. The Own Real Estate platform took first place, followed by the Arib platform in second, and the "Bahjah" platform in third place. The challenge addresses the rapidly accelerating need for financing the sector and enhances ownership and investment opportunities by stimulating financial technology and innovation in the real estate sector. This supports economic growth by diversifying financing and investment options in the real estate sector.
