Regulatory Rules for Measuring Entreprise Size
The regulations specify the requirements that must be met by SMEs in order to obtain a certificate of SMEs size. The regulations aim to classify micro, small and medium enterprises in accordance with Paragraph (1/3) of the Authority’s regulation, and unify the criteria for this classification, in addition to contributing to reducing revenue leakage, government support to those who are not eligible for the benefits provided to micro, small and medium enterprises.
