Monsha’at Concludes E-commerce Tour in Jeddah; Asir to Host Second Phase Next Week

The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises, "Monsha’at," in collaboration with the E-commerce Council, wrapped up the e-commerce tour in Jeddah yesterday, featuring the participation of experts, service providers, and e-commerce specialists. The tour, which started last Monday and spanned three days, benefited around 2,000 participants. Over 250 advisory sessions were conducted for business development, along with 9 training workshops that reached 720 participants.
Monsha’at is set to continue the e-commerce tour in the Asir region, marking the second stop out of 14 tours across the Kingdom. This event is scheduled for September 11-12 at the Prince Sultan Cultural Center, with the aim of enhancing and nurturing the e-commerce sector in the region. It will provide entrepreneurs with access to all the services and resources offered by the relevant authorities.
The Asir tour will include a speech from the E-commerce Council, along with a panel discussion titled "Creating an Enabling Environment for E-commerce Development in the Kingdom," presented by experts and specialists. This offers a valuable opportunity for entrepreneurs and SMEs to stay updated on the latest global trends for business development and electronic expansion.
The tour will also offer 9 training workshops covering various topics, including E-commerce Potentials in 'Monsha’at'," Digital Transformation, Omni-Channel Sales, E-Commerce Opportunities in Promising Sectors, Electronic Platform Development Techniques, and Expanding Beyond Geographical Boundaries and Global Competition.
The tour will involve the participation of 15 entities, including government and private sector experts and service providers who offer their services to entrepreneurs and tour participants. Additionally, a team of consultants specializing in legal, sales and marketing, finance, operations and management, e-commerce, technology, finance, and investment will be available.
