The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) has announced the launch of the fifth edition of the annual "Ebtker" Award. The award aims to offer participants the opportunity to receive a package of training programs and qualify for the finals of the World Cup of Entrepreneurship. The announcement was made during the Misk Global Forum, an event organized by the Mohammed bin Salman Foundation (Misk) under the theme "Think and Impact," which took place from November 15th to 17th in the historic Diriyah area. Distinguished leaders, thinkers, innovators, and experts in entrepreneurship from around the world were in attendance.

The primary objective of the award is to foster an innovative culture in the Kingdom and contribute to the growth of the national economy. It seeks to discover innovative enterprises and encouraging their growth, expansion, support, empowerment, and access to local and global innovation partners.

Monsha’at provides a range of benefits to qualifying small and medium-sized innovative enterprises in the final stages. This includes enrolment in the Innovative Growth Program, designed to enhance their enterprises by connecting them with specialized consultants and trainers in areas such as operations, technology, finance and other fields through an intensive training camp. Additionally, they will be connected to financial and investment entities.

The winning enterprises not only qualify for the global competition of the World Cup of Entrepreneurship but also receive financial prizes of up to 300,000 Saudi riyals. Their achievements are recognized and celebrated at both local and global levels.

Over the years, the award has provided an avenue for over 3,000 innovative enterprises to showcase their projects to the judging panel. Among them, more than 170 enterprises successfully advanced to the final stages, benefiting from approximately 56 workshops and over 1,500 hours of training.

Monsha’at invites all eligible innovative enterprises to register for the award before January 9th of the following year. Interested participants can register for the award by visiting the following link: https://www.monshaat.gov.sa/form/ebtker.
