About the Challenge:

 The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority "Monsha’at," through the "Real Estate Innovation Accelerator," aims to advance quality and innovative services and products in the real estate sector by supporting 12 startups in the field. This initiative focuses on several priorities, including the digitalization of real estate services, real estate solutions to support sustainability, modern and future construction methods, and diversifying financial solutions to serve the real estate sector.  This will be achieved by providing a collaborative environment for entrepreneurs with business developers to improve their solutions to meet market needs, along with workshops with industry experts, financial grants, and opportunities to present their projects to clients and investors for business growth.
