The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority "Monsha’at" will organize the "Industry and Mineral Pioneers Week" next week in partnership with the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Mr. Bandar Ibrahim Alkhorayef, at SME support centers in the cities of Riyadh and Madinah, and the governorates of Jeddah and Al-Khobar. The "Industry and Mineral Pioneers Week," organized from 15 to 19 September, aims to raise awareness among owners of small and medium enterprises and entrepreneurs and introduce them to promising investment opportunities, by hosting a group of Their Highnesses and Excellencies in special dialogue sessions to talk about possible opportunities in the sector, in addition to enabling entities from the industry and leading names in the field. During the week, many SMEs support councils, in-person and virtual meetings and success stories in the field are presented, with the participation of His Excellency the Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, Mr. Bandar Ibrahim Alkhorayef, in a dialogue session, in addition to the Vice President of Goods Exports at the Saudi Exports Development Authority, Mr. Feras AL-Humidi, and the hosting of the Executive Vice President for Corporate Affairs of Almarai Company, Mr. Faisal Al-Fahhadi. The "Industry and Mineral Pioneers Week" highlights the future of the industry and mining sector in the Kingdom, as well as investment opportunities in the sector, in addition to services and initiatives supporting small and medium enterprises. The events also include the participation of 20 government and private entities, in addition to 9 exhibition tables from government agencies and service providers, and the holding of 44 meetings and workshops. Through the organization of specialized weeks, Monsha'at is keen to continue its supportive role to open horizons for small and medium enterprises.
