The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority, "Monsha’at," is organizing Education Week in partnership with the Ministry of Education, with the participation of more than 38 enabling entities from the public and private sectors. The week will take place from January 19 to 23, 2025, at SMEs’ Support Centers in Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah, and Al Khobar. Education Week aims to raise awareness among entrepreneurs about investment opportunities in the education sector. It seeks to introduce them to the services and programs offered by governmental, private, and financial entities that support SMEs in the sector. The week will host several officials from the Ministry of Education through the enterprise support councils. Notable participants include the Assistant Minister of Education for Private Education and Investment, Eng. Iyad Algarawi, the Undersecretary for Private Education, Dr. Mohammed Alodaib, and the Undersecretary for Investment, Eng. Abdulrahman Al Hajri. Along with other guests, they will discuss the contributions of SMEs in the education sector and the investment opportunities available for entrepreneurs. Additionally, Education Week will feature a series of consultations and guidance sessions, as well as workshops to enhance the entry of SMEs and entrepreneurs into the education sector. These sessions will also address the challenges they may face. The activities of Education Week will provide visitors and interested parties with the opportunity to learn about successful entrepreneurial experiences through specialized meetings with prominent entrepreneurs, these interactions will focus on the opportunities available in the field of entrepreneurship and discuss challenges and effective solutions.
