Monsha’at Brings Franchise Opportunities Together on a Single Platform

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” announced the launch of the upgraded franchise platform, which provides male and female entrepreneurs with commercial investment opportunities and explains the franchise regulations, in addition to the franchise journey programs for franchisors and franchisees and awareness materials on the commercial activities available in this field.
The franchise system will contribute to expanding the business of enterprises with well-known brands without the parent company having to spend money on expanding through branches. It also helps distribute the parent company’s risks and burdens, allowing it to focus on developing its business and products.
Male and female entrepreneurs can view the available opportunities by visiting the franchise platform. Franchising is a pillar of commercial systems worldwide, and the Franchise Law issued by the Council of Ministers establishes a legal reference that protects the rights of franchisors and franchisees.
The Franchise Law regulates the relationship between the franchisor and the franchisee, and its impact in some countries reaches 5% of GDP. In the United States of America, 6% of jobs have been created and generated through franchising, and some statistics indicate that around two million franchise projects worldwide have contributed to employing nearly 20 million workers, an average of ten jobs generated by each franchise project.
