The agreement, signed by Al-Baha University President Dr. Abdullah bin Yahya Al-Hussein and Monsha'at Governor Sami bin Ibrahim Al-Husseini, includes providing consultation in designing incubator and accelerator programs to support startups in the Al-Baha region, organizing introductory workshops on Monsha'at services, and offering specialized consulting in the field of entrepreneurship. The signing of the agreement reflects Monsha'at's commitment to preparing, implementing, and supporting programs and projects to promote the culture of freelance work, entrepreneurial spirit, initiative, and innovation, as well as providing administrative and technical support to enterprises and assisting them in developing their administrative, technical, financial, marketing, and human resource capacities, among others.
