The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority "Monsha’at" is set to launch Real Estate and Contracting Week from June 29 to July 3, across its SMEs Support Centers in Riyadh, Madinah, Jeddah, and Al Khobar. The event will bring together key public and private sector stakeholders.\

The week-long initiative, supported by several enablers including the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, the General Real Estate Authority, the Saudi Contractors Authority, and the State Properties General Authority, aims to raise awareness among entrepreneurs about investment opportunities in the real estate and contracting sectors. It will also spotlight services and programs available to SMEs from government and private sector partners.

Throughout the week, Monsha’at will host in-person and virtual events, including success stories from the sector. Notable speakers include Eng. Abdullah Alhammad, CEO of the General Real Estate Authority, and Abdulmajeed Al Rashoudi, Secretary-General of the Saudi Contractors Authority. The agenda also includes expert consultations, mentoring sessions, and workshops designed to empower entrepreneurs and boost SME participation in the sector.
