SMEs Support Centers Conduct More Than 1,300 Sessions to Support Entrepreneurs During April

SMEs Support Centers of the Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” conducted more than 1,300 consultation and guidance sessions during April, to support entrepreneurs and SME owners and enhance their access to the services and programs provided.

The sessions covered project and entrepreneurial idea assessments, identifying challenges and needs faced by enterprises, and introducing beneficiaries to Monsha’at’s specialized services and programs. These included Estrdad Initiative, Mazaya platform, Enterprise Size Certificate, and funding services, all contributing to improving SMEs’ readiness and supporting their growth.

The centers also organized more than 70 entrepreneurial meetings and workshops as part of the Innovation Week activities, addressing various topics related to innovation and entrepreneurship, while highlighting the services and opportunities available to SMEs across different regions of the Kingdom.

In addition, the centers participated in several specialized events, most notably the Eastern Region Health Investment Forum 2026, to introduce Monsha’at’s services and programs dedicated to entrepreneurs and SMEs. The centers also carried out more than 10 visits to enabling and supporting entities within the entrepreneurship sector, aiming to strengthen integration and expand opportunities for collaboration.

The SMEs Support Centers achieved a 98% satisfaction rate for the services provided during April, reflecting the quality of services offered and Monsha’at’s continued efforts to enhance and expand the role of its support centers in serving entrepreneurs and SMEs.
