Terms and conditions for participation in program/application of consultations:

• The user must update the personal page, including personal and enterprise information, at the time of registration in the program, so that the owner of the business is responsible for the information he or she provides to the management of the program on his or her facilities, on which basis assistance will be provided to him or her. Registration in the application does not mean acceptance in the program until the user receives the approval of the program management through the acceptance message and acceptance is made according to the acceptance criteria of each program.

• The affiliate has the right to benefit from the services provided through the application from consultations, guidance and training, and the General Authority for SMEs does not bear the consequences of any decisions or actions taken by the employee or owner of the enterprise.

• The user for the application must adhere to the application/program details and updates posted on the application's electronic page, and any breach by the user of the application/software will be displayed to suspend its account by the application and separation from the software.

• The user must comply with the user's booked and confirmed dates. If the user is absent without prior cancellation through the application, the user will be offered to suspend his/her account for the period specified by the program management.

• The user has the obligation to engage in professional engagement and mutual respect with the administrator of the program and the consultants who provide the service with the application, the breach of which may expose the user to the suspension of his/her account by application and dismissal from the program.

• The employee must comply with State regulations and not violate them, since a breach of this law may expose the employee to a suspension of his account by application and dismissal from the program.

• The user must commit to providing and updating full information on his or her facility through the personal page or at the request of the program/application management so that the consultant can assist him or her. When he or she fails to provide information or false information, the user will be offered to suspend his or her account by application and dismissal from the software.

• The user must preserve intellectual property rights and patents for any documents or materials submitted to him or her during participation in the program.
