Monsha'at launches Law Week to boost regulatory awareness for SMEs

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha’at” is organizing Law Week from September 13 to 17, 2026, in cooperation with the Saudi Bar Association, to enhance legal awareness among entrepreneurs and SME owners regarding corporate governance and business growth.

The week features specialized panel discussions, consultation and guidance sessions, and meetings with government and private entities across SMEs Support Centers in Riyadh, Jeddah, Madinah, and Al-Khobar, alongside parallel activities in Tabuk, Al-Qassim, and Yanbu. Discussions focus on corporate formation, commercial contracts, dispute resolution, and commercial and real estate arbitration.

The week highlights bankruptcy laws, competition regulations, legal compliance, rights protection, and shareholder agreements. Participating experts analyze common contractual errors and legal risks while exploring statutory remedies to protect SMEs and secure operational continuity.

Monsha'at said the initiative forms part of its ongoing Business Weeks series, designed to equip SMEs with legal expertise and regulatory solutions to reinforce stability in line with the Saudi Vision 2030.

Monsha'at said registration for the week's sessions and consultation services is open through its official portal.
