     "Monshaat" offers the service of issuing an Enterprise Size Certificate. This certificate confirms that the enterprise complies with the definition of micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises. By obtaining this certificate, businesses can enjoy benefits such as exemption from providing a preliminary guarantee for government tenders and priority in limited competition and direct procurement. It helps facilitate access to preferences and provides special advantages for certified enterprises.

     

    Note: The enterprise size certificate is issued based on the main commercial register and the affiliated records of the enterprise, regardless of whether the application for the certificate is submitted from the main or subsidiary commercial register of the enterprise.

    Requirements

    To issue the Enterprise Size Certificate, the following information is required: Valid commercial registration or business file number from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development

    Active status of the commercial registration and enterprise file in the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development

    Employee count data based on the information registered with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development

    Revenue data or declaration during the certificate issuance process

    The enterprise should have a minimum of one employee and a maximum of 249 employees, as per the unified number for enterprises

    The annual revenue of the enterprise should not exceed 200 million Saudi Riyals

    The applicant must have an approved title from both the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, allowing them to print the certificate

    After pre-sizing the relevant register, the user can print the certificate
