National Labor
Contracting with the employee: To qualify as a valid contract, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development requires that a Saudi or non-Saudi employee contract be drafted with a set of clauses.
Foreign Employees
Pre-Arrival
1- Issuing Work Visas: Determines the recruitment quota of permissible visas and types of employees' occupations based on the entered activity data.
2-Contracting with the employee:To be authenticated as a valid contract, several clauses must be included in the contract of the Saudi or non-Saudi employee.
Post-Arrival
1- Issuing a residency permit for the employee:
- Issuing a medical certificate
- Providing medical insurance for the employee
- Issuing a work license for the employee
2- Issuing a group housing license for individuals: When the number of employees reaches twenty or more, the business owner must provide housing for them and obtain a group housing license for individuals after fulfilling the requirements of the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing
