General Retail Stores

• All general retail stores must be located on suitable commercial streets appropriate for their type of use or within commercial complexes.
• The location must be within a fire-resistant building that is licensed for commercial use.

• A sufficient number of parking spaces must be available in front of the store, suitable for the type of activity.
• The store should be on the ground floor only, or on the ground floor and mezzanine, or within the repeated floors of the commercial complex.

Kiosks Inside and Outside Shopping Complexes

• Approval from the designated municipality for the location.
• Kiosks must not be set up in parking areas.
• Sidewalks should not be used for outdoor seating.
• Obtain approval from the owner of the complex.

Kiosks within Fuel Stations

• The station must be classified as category (A, B).
• The kiosk must be set back from property boundaries according to regulatory setbacks.
• It must be at least 6 meters away from fuel pumps and 10 meters away from fuel tanks.
• Kiosks must not be established in parking areas.
• The design must not affect vehicle movement.
