Store Operation Manual
Pharmacies
Pharmacies are shops that sell medicines, medical supplies, and similar products.
Operational Services
For every twenty pharmacies owned by the same owner or company, at least one pharmacy must operate twenty-four hours a day.
Enterprise Resource Planning
The company's operations management program handles financial departments, supply chain activities, operations, trade, reporting, and human resources, and must be integrated with the electronic tracking system (Rsd).
Commercial Fraud
The business owner must continuously ensure the quality of products and avoid practices of fraud and deception when describing, displaying, and marketing products, as these practices expose the seller to penalties.
Records
Maintain records of receipt and dispensing for each shipment for no less than one year for non-narcotic and psychoactive medications. For narcotic medications, records of receipt and dispensing must be kept for ten years.
