The bullion or precious metal items that have been rejected due to non-compliance with their karat specifications shall be returned to their owner. In all cases, the merchant has the right to request their re-export to the source in their original condition.

Anyone who has been issued a decision for violating the provisions of the system has the right to appeal before the Administrative Court within a period not exceeding sixty days from the date of notification of the penalty decision.
