Identify products:
Determine whether the product is registered or unregistered in the system.
- If the product is registered in the system, you can start contacting suppliers.
- If the product is unregistered, follow the steps below to register the product.

The Saudi Food and Drug Authority specifies a set of characteristics and requirements for the storage area and warehouses that the business owner must meet to store and preserve the products in an area suitable for their quantity and type.

Contact the manufacturer:
1-Obtain a marketing authorization letter for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
2- ensure that the products comply with the approved specifications.

Create an account in E-Cosma:
Fill out the account creation authorization form and have it approved by the Chamber of Commerce.
Attach the warehouse license (lease agreement).
Create the account.

Register the manufacturer in the system:
- Marketing authorization letter for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
- Good manufacturing certificate from the country of origin.
- Manufacturer’s license from the country of origin.
- Authorize the responsible person to communicate with the authority.
- Manufacturer information.

Register products in the system:
1. Clear images of the product from all angles.
2. A copy of the ID or residency of the responsible person at the establishment registered with the Saudi Food and Drug Authority.
3. Product details and ingredients.

Customs clearance:
Data must be submitted and uploaded as soon as the necessary documents are available, and should be submitted no later than 48 hours after the shipment arrives, through the Fasah platform.
