The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority (Monsha’at) has obtained 3 ISO certificates, ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management Specification, and ISO 30401 Knowledge Management System, after meeting the necessary requirements.
This accomplishment reflects Monsha’at’s commitment to employing the highest international standards when providing their services by improving quality practices and documenting all processes and procedures through the quality management system, collecting and inventorying knowledge and assets to benefit from them through the knowledge management system, and by ensuring beneficiary satisfaction and improving complaint handling through the customer satisfaction management system.
By obtaining these certificates, Monsha’at aims to continue its development journey through a variety of projects and initiatives that boost the quality of operations and regulations conducted by the authority.
