Cosmetics Salesperson
Responsible for welcoming and directing customers to the appropriate sections for their needs within the store, providing accurate information such as product features, prices, and after-sales services. This role also involves answering customer inquiries about specific products or services. The position requires a suitable educational level, excellent communication skills, the ability to meet sales targets, and the capability to provide solutions for customer complaints.
Customer Accountant
Manages financial transactions with customers using cash registers, checks goods, ensures accurate pricing, and collects payments in cash or via credit cards. This role includes reviewing invoices and receipts, monitoring and tracking inventory, and conducting cash collections. It requires a suitable educational level, experience in customer service, good knowledge of cash register operations, and the ability to work evening shifts and on public holidays.
Sales Assistant
Responsible for organizing and arranging products and cosmetics in an appropriate and orderly manner at the business location. This role includes verifying that all products have visible prices and checking the expiration dates of both displayed and stored items, as well as preparing reports to assist in daily operations.
Marketing Specialist
Develops and implements marketing plans for the organization to achieve goals, promote brand awareness, execute promotional campaigns for products and services, and conduct market research to address consumer needs, behaviors, and trends. This role involves generating creative ideas for marketing campaigns and assisting with various marketing activities by providing content development suggestions, preparing advertising plans, and planning important events and occasions.
Accountant
Managing and monitoring all financial operations of the business, preparing financial reports, analyzing data, documenting transactions for sales and purchases, and providing financial information to external stakeholders such as partners and investors. Additionally, developing financial plans to efficiently manage funds.
Cleaner
Performs necessary cleaning, polishing, and sanitizing tasks within the store, including storage areas, accounting offices, shelves, aisles, restrooms, and break areas. The role also involves ensuring the cleanliness of product packaging and maintaining cleaning tools and materials.
