1 Establishment Stage
The location space
The area must not be less than 300 m².
Factories should be located within approved plans designated as industrial areas for cities and villages.
Provide parking spaces at a rate of one space for every 100 m².
Bakery Area
The area of a semi-automated bakery must not be less than 150 m², and the area of a fully automated bakery must not be less than 200 m².
The location should be on commercial streets.
Provide parking spaces at a rate of one space for every 25 m².
