The stores that sell retail frozen and non-frozen meat and poultry.
Preparing the premises
The general requirements include the following aspects:
A commercial registration for the activity must be obtained.
The activity license should be displayed prominently in the store and must not be used for purposes other than those designated.
Changing the activity or modifying the size of the store is not allowed without prior approval.
A rental contract must be provided if the applicant is a tenant.
Stores must not be used for activities that disturb public peace or harm public health or the environment in accordance with regulations.
Commitment to meeting the requirements for individuals with disabilities to facilitate their movement and ensure suitable conditions, dimensions, and spaces for their use.
Requirements for the Business Signage:
The external sign should consist of only raised letters.
The content of the sign should be limited to the business name, commercial registration number, and logo if available.
The lighting of the letters must be concealed, and the use of spotlights is prohibited.
Placing commercial signs or letters on upper floors is not allowed.
