"Monsha'at" Concludes Fashion Investment Week in Collaboration with the Fashion Association
The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority “Monsha'at” concluded the Fashion Investment Week as part of the Business Weeks series, which was organized in collaboration with the Fashion Association, with the aim of raising awareness among small and medium enterprises owners and entrepreneurs and introducing them to promising investment opportunities in the fashion sector. The week was held at all Monsha'at SMEs Support Centers, in Riyadh, Jeddah, Al-Khobar, and Madinah. The Investment Week hosted the Monsha'at Support Council with the attendance of the Director of Strategy, Policies, and Business Development at the Fashion Commission, Ammar Bugri. He discussed the Authority’s efforts and initiatives to support entrepreneurs and SME owners, highlighting programs designed to foster the growth of local fashion brands.The Council, which witnessed a wide attendance of entrepreneurs and interested parties, included an open discussion between the Authority's representative and the attendees, where they discussed the most prominent challenges they encounter and their expectations from the Authority to support their entrepreneurial projects in the fashion sector. Exhibiting entities and a number of consultants and mentors presented their services and support programs for entrepreneurs in various fields of fashion, including meetings on the latest methods of clothing and fashion manufacturing, improving production processes, and identifying opportunities and future trends in the fashion sector. Through the organization of specialized weeks, Monsha'at continues its supportive role in opening horizons for SMEs, through cooperation with all partners to provide opportunities for entrepreneurs, which would contribute to achieving growth targets for SMEs, ensuring their sustainability and growth to contribute to the targets of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
