On Its Second Day, "Biban" Witnessed Agreements and Launches Worth 5.9 Billion Saudi Riyals

On the second day of Biban 23, the signing platform witnessed the signing of the "Financing Guarantee Program for Small and Medium Enterprises (Kafalah)with agreements valued up to 5.9 billion Saudi riyals. The program's objectives are to promote entrepreneurship across a range of industries and strengthen the Kingdom's standing as a desirable location for inventors and makers across the globe. 
The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises “Monsha’at”  signed an international memorandum of understanding with the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Authority in the Sultanate of Oman, with the aim of supporting SMEs and entrepreneurship between the two countries. Additionally, “Monsha’at” signed a memorandum of understanding with Visa International Service Association to collaborate on the "It's Your Turn" initiative, which supports women's entrepreneurship in the Kingdom.
As part of the forum's activities held under the theme "Opportunities Create Entrepreneurship," Monsha’at signed agreements with the Quality of Life program and several companies, including SPL Digital Services, Mosandah Limited, Lamah Technologies, and the SHL Finance Company. These agreements aim to support and empower entrepreneurs and SMEs.
Monsha’at also signed cooperation agreements with the Riyadh Chamber, Ensan Association, Qassim University, and Imam Mohammed bin Saud University to provide programs and launch initiatives to support and develop SMEs.
With the goal of developing the e-commerce environment and its infrastructure, accelerating and developing operating enterprises, and improving system components like technology, operations management, shipping, storage, delivery, marketing, payment methods, and financing, 12 startups graduated from the first edition of the e-commerce accelerator on the second day. Intensive entrepreneurial programs, a network of experts and advisors, developmental programs, and investment opportunities were provided.
The top 100 enterprises from over 50 nations globally competed in the final qualifiers of the Entrepreneurship World Cup, sponsored by “Monsha'at,” for numerous prizes of a million dollars US. The top 10 businesses will fight for the title of Entrepreneurship World Cup and cash awards for the top five finishers on the final day of the three-day preliminary qualifiers. Additionally, the winning companies in selected sectors and influence awards, such as technology and space, sustainability, and women's entrepreneurship, will be honoured. The purpose is to stimulate and support startups in these sectors and fields.
