"Monsha’at" Obtains ISO 20000 Certification for Information Technology Service Management System

The Small and Medium Enterprises General Authority "Monsha’at," represented by the General Directorate of Technology and Digital Solutions, has obtained the ISO 20000 certification for the Information Technology Service Management system, in recognition of its application of best practices related to the management of information technology services and compliance with the international standard ISO 20000 in the field of technical service management. The ISO 20000 certification for the Information Technology Service Management system is one of the international certificates that demonstrate the standards followed to ensure the quality of information technology services and the management of digital services. It aims to enhance performance and quality, build trust between the entity and its customers and users, and includes a set of standards and requirements that must be implemented to achieve certification. Through its ongoing efforts, the Authority aims to elevate the quality of its technical services, meet the needs of customers and users, and improve the efficiency of technical processes. The goal is to advance the quality of IT services, increase customer and user satisfaction, manage technical risks, enhance cybersecurity, improve the management of technical operations, promote sustainability, and ensure continuous evaluation and improvement of technical services.
