Monsha’at Concludes the Activities of the Transport and Logistics Services Week
The General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monsha’at) successfully concluded the Transport and Logistics Services Week, a strategic initiative attended by His Excellency the Deputy Minister of Transport and Logistics Services, Dr. Ramih bin Mohammed Al-Ramih, alongside a cohort of transportation system experts, specialists, entrepreneurs, and business leaders. The primary objectives were to foster communication, build relationships, and raise awareness among SMEs and entrepreneurs regarding promising investment opportunities within the transportation sector.
Assistant Undersecretary for Sector Development at the Ministry of Transport and Logistics Services, Saif bin Saad Al-Faqar, underscored in a meeting at the SMEs Support Council the significant investment and growth prospects available to SMEs in the transport and logistics sector. He highlighted ongoing initiatives within the transportation and logistics system aimed at supporting entrepreneurs in adopting modern technologies.
In a panel discussion in Jeddah, the CEO of Jeddah Airports Company, Ayman bin Abdulaziz Abuabat, discussed the strategy of transportation and logistics services and their role in the logistics economy, which is an important factor in the local economy. He pointed out the promising opportunities for entrepreneurs and SMEs in the field of transportation, singling out King Abdulaziz International Airport as a promising market for entrepreneurs. He affirmed the company's commitment to providing all necessary facilities to ensure the success of entrepreneurial projects in adherence to market dynamics.
Monsha’at's organization of this week is part of its efforts to improve the performance of enterprises and help them keep up with the latest developments in this vital sector by accurately identifying the challenges they face and providing appropriate solutions.
