When building the kitchen, it is important to keep the following points in mind:
Good planning of the appliance section to easily allow the movement of workers and the distribution of activities
Ensure compliance with Ministry of Municipalities and Housing requirements, including ventilation and drainage of used water.
Securing and installing main equipment and devices according to business classification, including ovens, shelves, basins, grease retention networks, frying equipment, grills, cooling equipment, etc.
